Service Description

fiverVPN provides a privacy-focused Virtual Private Network (VPN) service using anonymous activation codes. Our service includes:

• •Secure VPN connection using WireGuard protocol
• •Anonymous access without account registration
• •No logging of browsing activity or connection data
• •Dedicated microserver isolation per connection

Activation Codes

Access to fiverVPN is provided through activation codes:

• •Gift Codes: One-time purchase codes valid for 30 or 365 days
• •Subscription Codes: Monthly auto-renewing codes valid while subscription is active
• •You are responsible for keeping your activation code secure
• •Lost or stolen codes cannot be recovered or replaced
• •Each code is limited to one simultaneous connection

Acceptable Use

You agree to use fiverVPN only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• •Illegal activities or content distribution
• •Malicious network activity or attacks
• •Sharing or reselling activation codes
• •Attempting to circumvent connection limits
• •Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate service for violation of these terms.

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. Our refund policy:

• •30-day money-back guarantee for all plans
• •Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• •Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime without penalty
• •Partial refunds are not available for unused subscription time

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

fiverVPN is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use our service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
